Our client, a themed entertainment company, is looking to add a Director of Facilities and Exhibition to their team!
In this role you will be a hands-on leader in charge of the upkeep of the exhibition complex that houses various interactive experiences.
You will work with a multitude of teams and other management to ensure that the venue and the exhibits therein are running and maintained to the highest standards, from IT, security systems, and building maintenance to A/V and show systems. You will build and manage budgets and develop protocol and systems to be implemented prior to the grand opening, as well as helping with further development of the facility and its projects post-launch. This will include working with outside vendors for services or supplies, and working with cross discipline teams to ensure that exhibits maintain their creative integrity and guests enjoy them well beyond opening.

You should have:
10+ years of theme park or attractions experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or facilities position
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or other relevant field
Technical acumen, specifically MS Suite and MS Projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexibility and drive to work with shifting priorities and situations
